Constipated after tummy tuck

There's a few reasons patients get constipated after tummy tuck. Narcotic analgesics are the worst offenders. Iron supplements and vitamins with iron contribute. The digestive tract gets a little lazy after general anesthesia. Abdominal pain also tends to slow things down a bit.
