permanent eyeliner 7 days ago, followed instructions, got better, then became itchy, oozing mucus, used allergy eye med, got better, still itchy but now red, swolen, bumpy. What should I use or should I see a doctor?

Possible infection after permanent eyeliner
It is best for you to see a doctor - you may need to be placed on antibiotics. Signs of an infection are redness and warmth to the skin as well as running a fever. Good luck.
