AFT Light Treatment for Post Inflammatory Erythema?

I had profractional laser done 15 months ago and ended up with PIH and PIE on my upper left cheek. I have since found a good dermatologist that put me on a skin lightening cream that has 6% hydroquinone in it. It's worked really good at lightening the PIH but I am not sure it's totally gone as there is post inflammatory erythema over that as well. He wants to do AFT now since PIH is died down to get rid of redness. I have olive skin. Will this work with the right settings? Thank you!

Love how the doctors answered my question. With all the doctors on here, some people get no answers and others get about 10. Ridiculous!
