AFT Vs IPL for Dark Spots?

Which treatment is better? AFT or IPL? And how long will the results from either last? I have large dark spots on my cheeks and chin from tanning as a youth I want removed so my face is evenly toned.

They Are Basically the Same

 IPL and AFT are both Intense Pulsed Light. AFT ( Advanced Florescent Technology) is the technology developed by Alma which reputedly puts the unused energy back into the light pulses to give them more effectiveness.
