I have light skin and on my chin and around my nose and mouth its brighter than my natural color. I was told it was liver spots. Is there anyway I can get rid of it and have a even tone?

Liver spots are usuallu darkeer-colored. If yours are brighter then I question the diagnosis. Possibly a second opinion with a board-certified dermatologist would be worthwhile.
