To remove excess fatty skin from lower belly area and inner thighs I have lost 100 pounds in the eight year process. Now I want to have a firm body and a breast lift as I am 58. Weight is 115 from 210.

Unfortunately,no cream, laser, ultrasound or other non surgical procedure will give you the firm body you are looking for. Since you have lost so much weight I would be inclined to think that your lower belly and inner thighs will need to have both the fat AND the skin surgically removed in order to reach your goals. Congratulations! That is very impressive, you should be so very proud! I wish that I could give you the name of a cream or some non-surgical treatment but unforntunately, there isn't one.
