Lasers and Radiation Clarified

Radiation defined simply is the emission of energy of any type - for example sunlight contains Ultraviolet radiation as does other visible light including intense light like lasers. On the other hand lases like the Affirm does not contain radioactive particles which I think is what you are worried about.

Lasers are NOT radiation

All lasers in cosmetc enhancement, (as well as non laser IPL- or intense pulse light) produce light. Strictly speaking - any light source produces electromagnetic radiation. This would include a flashlight or even a candle.

This is not the same thing as our conventional use of the term  "radiation". That implies radioactivity. There is no radioactivity in cosmetic laser products.

So -  no need to be concerned.
