What Affect Does Chemo Have on Large Painful Lipomas?

I have a very, very large painful lipoma positioned right over my diaphragm/stomach. I was dx with fNHL and have just finished 6 rounds of R-CHOP. I feel that the chemo has made this thing grow, and puts more pressure on my stomach. I can't find any information if this is true, or is it just me? Especially during the 10 days after each round, it would feel "tight" - almost like a 40lb weight pushing on my stomach the whole time. Is there any information regarding affect of chemo on lipomas?
