Pregnancy after minituck
Any pregnancy can negatively effect the surgical result. It is advisable not to have surgery until you have completed childbearing. The result can always be revised or a full abdominoplasty performed if necessary.

What Advice do You Have For Having More Kids After Mini Tummy Tuck?
I'm going to assume you've already had your mini-abdominoplasty.
My advice would be to have another child if you really want to. Your tummy tuck will suffer, but you can have it redone any time.
