Advantages to Ulthera for Under Eye Puffiness?
What is the level of discomfort for Ulthera compared to other treatments under the eyes? Would more invasive procedures be worth it for better results?

Ulthera for lower eyelid puffiness
Puffiness may be caused by different reasons. Not all puffiness responds to non-invasive treatments. Ulthera may provide some benefit in some patients as might Thermage. If someone has herniated fat pads, though, then a plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon can provide a much better result with a blepharoplasty surgical procedure.
