Advancements in Hair Removal for PCOS Patients?

I've had PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) most of my adult life. Through weight loss surgery, I am no longer overweight but the facial hair is horrific and has impacted me to the point where I won't leave the house except for work.

I can shave it in the morning and it's long enough to pluck by 7pm. I have spent thousands in laser attempts to no avail. The last round was 3 years ago. Are there advancements that might work at this point?
