Can Active Fx Be Used by People with History of Eczema and Sensitive Skin?

As someone who has suffered with eczema on and off all my life. I am now 50 I would like to know if Active Fx can be used by people who have sensitive skin. When my skin is not in any kind of a flare up I can use my moisturisers on it and all is well. I would really like to get a professional's opinion on this. I have some lines under eyes, no doubt caused from rubbing and scratching over the years. A few wrinkles are beginning by my cheeks which are becoming more and more noticeable.
