Crepey Skin and Enlarged Pores After Active FX

I had Active FX (only) done in October last year. My skin looked good except I had eye crepe under my eyes. Now I have huge pores on my nose and inside area of cheek close to the nose. It almost looks like scarring. What is it and will it go away?
