Active FX and Chemical Peel for Acne and Hypertrophic Scars?

I have red acne scars on my face, on the areas where I shave. When I turn my face to the side, that area would make lines due to loss of tissue. On my back, shoulders, arms, and chest, I have brown hypertrophic scars (looks like burned). I'm considering going to Lebanon to have Active FX; would you suggest using that for my face? Should I also go for Chemical Peel for my body?
