Im actaully 5" 7" and 235.. im not fat mostly thick and solid. i work out all 5 times a week & 3 times bootcamp. My problem area is my stomach it is big but not that big, it makes me wear a 16 and some 14's. most people think i weigh between 180's or 190's. Im considering liposuction or smart lipo for my stomach area. which is best.

How Smart is Smart Lipo

Liposuction has been around since it was first popularized in the 1980s.  It has been largely unchanged since that time (aside from the introduction of ultrasound liposuction).  The reason is that it works!  Over the past 1-2 years, companies who make these products have been pushing this technology as better, faster with tighter skin and a better result.  Currently - there is NO scientific evidence that supports this claim. Either would work. But you must be sure the location of this fat. interbnal behind the muscle or above it. You need a evaluation by a boarded plastic surgeon. From MIAMI Dr. B

Liposuction for abdomen

You need to be examined as your garment size for your height may indicate that you won't obtain a satisfactory result with liposuction alone, regardless of conventional or smart lipo.
