I have had acne mainly on my forehead since i was 15 [now 21] and I've been through courses of minocycline, lymecycline and doxycycline, also tried celeste, yasmin and dianette. I've been given topical treatments such as retin-A, and BP and nothing has worked. Should I try to get onto accutane now or should I try spironolactone? Also how long does spironolactone take to start working?
