Inexpensive Treatment for Back and Chest Acne?

I have acne all over my back and chest. Are there any inexpensive acne treatments for this? I have no insurance and really can't afford to pay a doctor or for high-priced medication.

Lots of options for truncal acne. There are over the counter salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide washes that can be very helpful.
Getting some sun can also be helpful. There is also some data that certain foods such as eating too much dairy, nuts or high glycemic index foods can worsen acne.
If these measures are not enough, then a physician is needed to prescribe such things as oral antibiotics, oral contraceptive pills or spironolactone (if your acne is deemed hormonal), or accutane....
