Since I started to play tennis, I have acne on my forehead. I play for 3 hours at a time and sweat just stays there. Only occasionally I get to wipe it off with a towel, but towel does not really clean the skin. I never had acne before I started to play tennis. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance.
