Acne Scar Removal Products for African-American Skin?

I am a 24-year-old African American woman who recently got acne scars, and I really want to get rid of them as soon as possible. My skin is sensitive. What can I use to help even my skin tone completely? I really need all of the help that I can get so that I can have pretty skin again.
