Scars on nose after 3-4 years and self healing
Scars stop healing after 2 years and 90% after 6 months most of the time. It depends on how your scars look but you can get some improvement. I like a multilayered approach.

These scars will not heal by themselves and are best treated with Laser Resurfacing of eMatrix.
These scars are best treated with a combination of traditional and fractional resufacing. This type of scar requires special skill to do the right thing. Go to a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon with lots of cosmetic laser resufacing experience. Multiple treatments with eMatrix would also help.
