Which is Best for Acne Scarring? Derma K Laser Treatments or Fraxel Repair Treatment with Subcision?

I am trying to decide between a derma k laser treatment and fraxel repair treatment with subcision, any thoughts on what would work best would be greatly appreciated. I have moderate to severe wide spraed acne scarring. What would be best of the two?

Fraxel, Subcision, or Derma K Treatments which better, A multilayered approach is the better way to go

The fraxel and subcision could work but the improvements in my opinion will be on the lower percentage. But that is like most procedures for Acne Scarring Currently. I would suggest a multilayered approach that will incorporate co2 laser resurfacing. see video

Acne scarring treatments

Unfortunately there is no one true "go-to" answer for acne scarring. Many will alleviate some scarring, but most require multiple treatments and none will result in perfect skin and texture. You need to be realistic about any procedure you do. Of these two, I would say Fraxel, but that being said, there are potential additional side effects and skin color variations that you will need to be aware of and prepared for.

Acne scarring

There are many options for deep acne scarring and no one is so great. LaViv is a new product that uses your own cells to improve the deep acne scars. It looks promising.
