Alternative to Lasers for Acne Scars?

For rolling, spoon-shaped scars, I like subcision (needling the scar tissue to promote collagen growth) and spot chemical peel application for ice-pick type scars.  If you have a few larger ice-pick type scars, punch removal followed by re-surfacing (laser or chemical) works quite nicely. Good luck.
