Are There Any Acne Scar Removal for Half Korean/olive Skin Tones?

I am half korean with a somewhat olive skin tone. I've had acne scars for the past few years(I'm 22)and have gotten silicone injections for over a year now. Sadly, they don't seem to be working as I hoped. I understand that they are permanent, which raises concerns on whether or not I will be able to get anything done (laser wise) to help this problem. My scars are less deep but are still there.I need any advice on what could work or future work to be done, this is taking over my life :(

I treat acne scars on Asian Skin with a combination of Subcison and Fraxel Repair Laser.

I treat acne scars on Asian Skin with a combination of Subcison and Fraxel Repair Laser. After treatment it is critical to avoid all sun exposure exposure until the skin is back to normal color. The greatest risk in Asian skin is that of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. Treatment is very succesful in good hands with expert post operative care. see video

Silicone injections and lasers for Acne Scarring for an Asian Person

I don't particularly prefer silicone injections. In fact I don't do them. I think you should stop those and go to someone with experience with different approaches. I like the multilayered approach to acne scarring with co2 laser resurfacing playing a big role. You have to heal the deeper layers and shock the scars from above and below. see video
