Why Does Acne Appear After Using Nair? (photo)

i used a nair lotion for the first time on the entire body and had no side effects. the second time, i tried the shower max version and developed acne within less than 24 hours. why did this happen? is this an infection, allegric reaction, skin sensitivity? i know that it couldn't be ingrown hair since the rash appeared within less than 24 hours and it looked like acne even though i never get pimples on my body. what is best way to get rid of it? i use BP 10% and aloe vera
