Is It Possible to Achieve This Result Through Cartilage Grafts?

Hello, I had rhinoplasty to remove a hump and to reduce the size of and elevate the tip. I am unhappy with how small and upturned my nose tip now appears on my face. I am aware that the following photo which I edited on paint is very poor, but I can't use Photoshop so I'm hoping that it sort of illustrates what I would like to revise ie. adding length to the tip and derotating it. Please could you tell me if this would be possible and would it be a very difficult procedure? Thank you.

It would be very important to have a frank discussion with a revision rhinoplasty specialist to gain a better understanding of your options and the liklihood of... more

Revision rhinoplasty - not always good to do

This may not be what you want to hear, but your photo shows a very nice result and one which really is pretty and doesn't need revision. Please understand that revision rhinoplasty is a very challenging procedure and that it is possible for the result to be worse from revising it, not better. You will occasionally see perfectionistic patients who have had as many as 6 or 7 revisions and wish they had stopped many surgeries ago because they ruined their result trying to... more
