Is It Possible to Achieve This Result Through Cartilage Grafts?

Hello, I had rhinoplasty to remove a hump and to reduce the size of and elevate the tip. I am unhappy with how small and upturned my nose tip now appears on my face. I am aware that the following photo which I edited on paint is very poor, but I can't use Photoshop so I'm hoping that it sort of illustrates what I would like to revise ie. adding length to the tip and derotating it. Please could you tell me if this would be possible and would it be a very difficult procedure? Thank you.

Revision Rhinoplasty

Revision rhinoplasty is a very challenging and artistic procedure to perform. Unfortunately some of the original structure of the nose has been removed so the surgeon will need to "borrow" cartilage form elsewhere in order to rebuild the nasal framework.
