White Bumps After Quitting Accutane

I have been taking Accutane for 7 years -last 6 @20mg/day. I'm 48/F. Skin very oily,I had little white cauliflower looking bumps. Acctane fixed. I want to quit but in a week I'm very oily and have 100's of bumps under my skin (never had b/f Accutane) along with the ugly white cauliflower looking bumps which fillup after quiting. What's happening? what can I do?
