A year ago, my doctor pescribed me accutane 10 mg a day but my acne got worse before better and it takes 6 months to clear my skin. but after 8 months off accutane, my acne came back again and i've started my 2nd course of accutane my question is: how long does it takes for accutane to clear my skin on the 2nd course? is it the same as my 1st course? -will my acne 'become worse before better' again on this 2nd course?
