Accutane Related Keloid Scar

I have a keloid scar on my chest from taking Accutane about 10 years ago that I would like to get removed.
I have tried steroid injections, silicone sheets and gel as well as BioOil and tea tree oil and nothing has worked.
I am considering surgery and was wondering what the best options are, as well as whether the recurrance rate is lower because of the Accutane. I haven't gotten a keloid since and they do not run in my family. If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.
