Can Accutane Reduce Synovial Fluid and Other Joint Fluid Even when You Are Done?

Im an athlete and I train a lot so im worried about my joints and bones and muscles. Can accutane reduce the synovial fluid and other fluids in my joints and stuff even when im done with it? It seems like it would because it reduces the sebum oil long term. Are there any other long term problems with my joints etc I can have from a 4 month treatment on 80mg/day. Im also wondering if you believe if it can stunt growth and if not why? I am a 160 pound male.
