Why is So Little Known About Grover's Rash?

I am in my mid 50's with history of sun overexposure and melanoma. I have taken Accutane previously for both acne and rosacea with good results, minimal ill effect. I have been plagued with Grover's rash for the past year and taking Accutane again for the past month or so. Do you think Grover's is related to rosacea? I don't understand why Grover's keeps coming back. The Accutane seems to be working, but since I'm older the dryness seems greater. Why is so little known about Grover's. Thanks.
