Accutane for Oily Skin?

Do you recommend Accutane for an extremely oily t-zone if there's no acne? Can Accutane decrease the oil production?

Accutane for oily skin

Accutane indeed can be very effective for oily skin, even in the absence of acne. In this case, a low dow (10-20mg per day) should suffice. Other options for reducing oil production include the use of oral contraceptive pills in women. Otherwise, Clarex-OC is a cream that can mop up some of the oils, and Avene's Cleanance gel and emollient can similarly be helpful.
