I do not really get many large pimples, but more clogged pores with whiteheads, blackhead and the occasional small pimple.
Can going on a third course of Accutane have any effect on my problem or can it actually make it worse? I have tried a lot of different topical solutions and using different now, but does not really help much.

Accutane for clogged pores and comedones
I would do a trial of tazarotene 0.1% gel for 3 months and if this doesn't do it, consider extractions or chemical peels, although a 3rd course of Accutane is not unreasonable if those fail.
