Accutane and Lasers. Will it Effect My Healing Process From Lasers?

i'm in the process of getting my port wine stane removed by laser it is located on the right side of my face. I also suffer from moderate/to severe acne and am getting on the medication accutane. I know i can't have laser while on the drug and 6 months after. My question is after the 6 months will the medication affect my healing posses in the long run with lasers? or will i be just like it was before i took the medication

Accutane and lasers

There are many varying opinions on Accutane and lasers. Whilst I don't have the opinion that some others have, and have been prescribing the medication for nearly 3 decades, I will tell you what the FDA says. Accutane is a photosensitive medication and therefore can cause burns or affect healing after surgeries and procedures.
