When Can I Start Accutane After Surgery for Gynecomastia?

Hello! I had surgery to correct Gynecomastia on 12/16/2009, which included Liposuction as well as an excision of glandular tissue. Unfortunately, my face has begun breaking out again in the mean time, and I'm anxious to do a second round of Accutane.
Thus, my question is, how long should I wait before starting a second course?
