Will Accutane affect an unborn fetus - YES
Accutane is a black label medication meaning you cannot get pregnant while you take it, or the fetus is at risk for serious problems (and even death). 40mg at 4 days is 160mg, not 120mg. You should speak to your prescribing physician about your situation, but you should also be on TWO forms of birth control when you are taking Accutane. Accutane and pregnancy absolutely do not mix.
