Should I Have Accent XL Instead of Velashape?

I signed up to have my first Velashape treatment next Tuesday. I have paid $300 down and will pass the remaining $1100 for 4 treatments total. Based on all the negative reviews I have read, I am considering declining and going with Accent XL. Thoughts?
