Accent XL on Face?

I am in my early 50s. At a consultation with a doctor about getting a possible Mini Face Lift, he indicated that I was a better candidate for radiofrequency Accent XL skin tightening. My face is falling just a bit and I would like to tighten it. Would you recommend Accent XL?
