Can Accent XL Cause Pain to an Area After Having a Bladder Suspension?

Several weeks after having a bladder suspension I had the Accent XL treatment on my stomach area. The next day I started having pain, which has gotten worse. I've recently had a CT scan which shows everything is fine. But, the pain I'm having is almost too much to handle. It seems to be getting worse. Could the treatment have loosened one side of the bladder sling? My doctors are at a loss as to what is going on and why I'm having so much pain.
