Accent Laser for Sagging Cheeks and Mouth Corners?

I'm turning 42. For the past 3 years I have used injectables for my "smile" ines/parentheses,and have been very pleased. I will be doing this again this month. However, I have a new "problem" area.This year, I've noticed that my skin has begun to sag (cheek area down to corners of my mouth). I'm considering using the Accent Laser, but not sure that is the best choice. Is there a better laser and/or better alternative treatment to improve my newest "problem" area? Thanks!
