Abscess Scar Removal?

I have a slightly raised, dark scar from an abscess on my right buttock treated a few years ago that I'd like removed. What are my best options?

Melarase cream for a dark scar on the buttock

I would treat this scar with topical Melarase cream followed by a Melapeel once monthly x 3.

The scar would be replaced by another scar. Maybe this scar will be better but there is no guarantee of this
