Tummy Tuck
It would be very unlikely to develop an abdominal wall defect after tummy tuck. You may have developed a hernia or a weakness in the abdominal wall repair from you tummy tuck. Have your plastic surgeon examine you to determine the cause of this "defect".

Abdominal defect after tummy tuck
This would be most unusual. If there was an abdominal defect (hernia or diastasis of abdominal musculature) before a tummy tuck, it would be corrected by the operation. It would be possible for that repair to breakdown and the defect re-emerge, but that is very unlikely.
If there was no defect before, it is hard to imagine how an abdominoplasty could generate one. You should return to see your surgeon.
