Core strengthening Pilates and Yoga after Abdominal hernia repair

I have strongly encourage the use of core srengthening exercises advocated by Pilates or Yoga instructors as opposed to traditional "crunches" pushed by body builders.The former reinforces the abdomen and promotes a flat concave toned abdominal appearance. Fine to Exercise Aplasty Muscles After they're Healed

Once the abdominal muscles have healed after the surgery, it's fine to resume exercise. Wait at least three months and start off very slowly. But listen to the advice of your surgeon. He/she is the one who knows when it willbe strong enough.
