I Am a a Male Who Wants Female Breasts, with No HRT. Can It Be Done?

I am 5' 10" 165 slender. Forty years old been obsessed with being female for over 25 years. Seen horror HRT stories. Can I get help here or do i go overseas?

Male augmentation without hormones

Can be done as mentioned earlier. Your scars may be more noticeable and your areola will never be as large as a females and you won't have the projection of a female augmentation. But an augmentation in a male can always be done without hormones.

Male wanting female breasts

Males do not need hormone replacement to get female breasts. I have gotten excellent results with saline implants. It doesn't seem like they get the rippling of the implants that females do. They look very natural.

Male Getting Breast Implants
