Am I a Good Candidate for Chin Reduction? If So How Much Can It Be Reduced? (photo)

From a profile view my chin looks proportional but from a frontal view it's large and roundish especially when I smile.

update:
I have a very thin and long face. I also have and underbite along with a cross bite. I have been suggested I have a bony chin reduction to reduce vertical length. Keep in mind money is of no issue. Thank you

Bony Chin Reduction May Be Possible

Your photos suggest that a bony chin reduction can make a visible difference. Whether this would be best done by an osteotomy or shaving reduction requires further photographic analysis and computer imaging predictions. Photographs are needed both at rest and in smiling from both a frontal and profile views.
