I'm 28 and lookoing into buccal fat removal. As you can see in the photos my cheeks are chubby and always have been. I inherit this from my mother, who still has larger cheeks. I've worked my butt in the gym and even when getting to single digit bodyfat %, my cheeks don't slim much at all. Should I look into this or not? Please respond..

Buccal fat pad removal
You could do it and although you might like the result now I am pretty sure you will not like it when you get older.
