Please Recommend a Doctor Who Uses Yag Laser for Venous Lake?

How do I find a physician that has the ND:YAG 1064 laser for venous lakes on the lower lip. All the dermatologists and plastic surgeons in my town say the only way to get rid of these is to cut them out!

There is alot of research that seems to say otherwise...so how do I go about finding a physician who has experience using the laser for venous lakes?
