If you are just looking to have the vermilion borders (the lip line) accentuated, than 1 syringe should be sufficient.  If you are looking for more plumping, than that may not be sufficient. You might wish to start with 1 syringe. Two weeks after the initial injection when the swelling has settled and you want more, you can have more volume added at that time.
