Hi there,
It is unlikely that a breast lift will adversely affect your ability safely get pregnant, carry the pregnancy to term, or deliver a healthy baby.
There are some points to consider though:
Because the hormones of pregnancy and lactation will cause your breasts to swell and become engorged, it is possible that your skin will become stretched and loose again, thus negating the beneficial effects of your breast lift. You would then need to have the procedure repeated.
It is also possible (although unlikely) that you will be unable to breast feed after a breast lift. In fact, most women are able to breast feed to the extent they are able to transfer immunity to the baby (although some do not make enough milk for complete nutrition of the baby and need to supplement with formula). It is rare to not be able to breast feed at all, but still you should know this going in.
I think a lot of this really comes down to how much you are bothered by your breast shape, and when you plan to become pregnant. If you are completely unhappy with your breasts, and do not plan children for years, it is not unreasonable to consider proceeding, as long as you understand the above. On the other hand, if you think pregnancy is in your near future, I would wait until after your family is complete in order to avoid needing to do it twice.
I hope that helps.
