Depends on where "all the loose skin " is located.

Usually a MOMMY Makeover = Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) +- Breast Lift (Mastopexy) OR Breast Augmentation lift (Augmentation Mastopexy) +- Liposuction of back and, or thighs.

If your loose skin only involves the tummy (most common) , a well done and customized Abdominoplasty will flatten your tummy, narrow your waist, lift sagging privates (including Mons pubis) and if a High Lateral Tension Abdominoplasty is done, lift sagging anterior thighs smoothing cellulite. It usually removes all loose tummy skin along with the stretch marks between the belly button and the scar which runs transversely from hip to hip hidden in your favorite style of underwear.

Liposuction will remove stubborn fat deposits along the thighs but can be used to sculpt the lower back accentuating the hips, the upper buttocks and remove any "Love Handles".

Finally, a breast lift would give you perky breasts; adding an implant would get you larger, perkier breasts.
