When getting breast implants, what gives a more natural appearance, going under or over the muscle?

Under the muscle generally gives a more natural result -- each patient presents with different anatomy (a woman's breast are sisters not identical twins!) and therefore must be seen and examined by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Larger implants and implants with higher profiles give a less "natural" look.
